2006 U.S. Team Championships
December 8th - 10th, 2006, Yale University, New Haven, CT
Entry Deadline
Entries and payments must be received by Friday, November 24th, 2006, 5:00 PM EST. No phone or fax entries accepted. No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

Five man teams representing US Squash districts, colleges, universities, or schools, will be placed in two separate draws. Feed-in draws and consolation plates will guarantee every team two matches.
Results
Captains from both teams must report all match results to Tournament Desk no later than 15 minutes after the last match has concluded.
Eligibility
Players must be current US Squash members through the last day of the tournament.
Format and Scoring
Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games to 9 points international scoring.

Start Times
Division start times will be posted to US Squash News on December 4th, 2006.
Team start times will be posted to US Squash News on December 6th, 2006.
Tournament Registration
Registration will occur at Yale University's Payne Whitney Gym Lobby on Friday, December 8th beginning 5:00pm.
Tournament Location and Information
The tournament will be held at Yale University's Brady Center. Lockers and towels will not be provided.
Transportation and Parking
Parking is limited near the Yale University facility.

Event Schedule
Players must be prepared to play on Friday, December 8th.
Meals
Lunch coupons for local New Haven restaurants will be provided for Saturday and Sunday.
TOURNAMENT POLICIES
Attire
Competitors must wear appropriate squash attire.
Ball
Dunlop Revelation Pro (double yellow dot) will be the official ball.
Code of Conduct
The US Squash Code of Conduct applies to all default and withdrawals.
Divisions
Players may only play in one division.
Format and Scoring
Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games to 9 points international scoring.
Protective Eyewear
ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Refereeing
All winners AND losers must referee and mark the next match on court or as directed by the Tournament Referee. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in default from the tournament. No exceptions.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided to players eligible for the tournament after the Entry Deadline. Refunds will be provided to ineligible entrants.
