Eligibility
Players must be of age for their division through the end of the tournament and must be members of US Squash or a recognized Canadian Association.
Divisions
Open, 17& Under, 13&Under, Century (combined ages 100 yrs or greater)
Entry Fee
$350 per team ($175/player)
Entry Deadline
Entry forms and payment must be received no later than Monday, April 24, 2006. Mail entry form and check to US Squash, P.O. Box 1216, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. No telephone or Fax entries accepted.
Guest Fee
$90/person (Friday night Exhibition and Dinner, Saturday/Sunday lunch)

Start times
Depending on size of draws, play could begin as early as Friday morning, May 5, 2006. Start times will be available on April 28, 2006. First round match times will be emailed.
Registration
Will take place Friday, May 5th 2006 at Racquet & Tennis Club (4th Floor). All players must register prior to their first round match.
Event Schedule
Friday, May 5th, 2006: (Racquet & Tennis Club), Cocktails and Pro doubles squash exhibition beginning at 6:00pm, Dinner (Jacket & Tie) at 7:30pm.
Saturday, May 6th, 2006: (Racquet & Tennis Club), Lunch 12:00 - 2:00pm
Sunday, May 7th, 2006 (Racquet & Tennis Club), Lunch 12:00 - 2:00pm
Hotel
A limited number of rooms are available at University Club (212-247-2100) and NYAC (212-247-5100). Please call early to reserve.
Requirements
Players should wear Jacket & Tie while inside the clubs. All players are required to wear protective eyewear (designed for Racquet sports with 3mm Polycarbonate lens that meet or exceed ASTM F803-98 standards), on court at all times. White attire should be worn on court for all matches.
