Entry Deadline

Entries and payments must be received by Friday, March 10, 2006, 5:00 PM EST. No phone or fax entries accepted. No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

Divisions

Draws with fewer than eight teams may be combined. Players may only play in one division.

Women's Open, A, 40+
Men's Open, A, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+

The US Squash Doubles Committee has determined the Men's A division is designed for players who have not been ranked in the top 20 of the ISDA for the two year period prior to the event start date. Any player may play in the Open divisions. The Men's Open will offer $20,000 in prize money, the Women's Open $5,000.

Eligibility

Players must be of age for their age division by March 30, 2006. Players must be members of US Squash or a recognized National/Provincial Squash Association through the last day of the tournament.

Format and Scoring

The tournament will be double elimination. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games to 15 point-a-rally scoring.

Final Cut List and Start Times

Final Cut List will be posted to www.us-squash.org on March 14th, 2006.
Division start times will be posted to www.us-squash.org on March 20th, 2006.
Player start times will be posted to www.us-squash.org on March 27th, 2006.

Tournament Registration

Tournament registration will occur at The Racquet Club of St. Louis.

The tournament will be hosted by The Racquet Club of St. Louis, Missouri Athletic Club and the University Club of St. Louis.

TOURNAMENT POLICIES

Attire

Competitors must wear appropriate squash attire.

Ball

Dunlop will be the official ball.

Code of Conduct

The US Squash Code of Conduct applies.

Divisions

Draws with fewer than eight teams may be combined. If it is necessary to combine age groups or skill levels, entrants will be moved to a younger age group or higher skill level. Draws may be limited in size if necessary. Players may only play in one division.

Eligibility

Players must be of age for their age division by March 30, 2006. Players must be members of US Squash or a recognized National/Provincial Squash Association through the last day of the tournament.

Format and Scoring

The tournament will have consolation for first or second round match losers. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games to 15 point-a-rally scoring.

Prize Money

$20,000 in prize money will be paid to the Men's Open division. $5,000 in prize money will be paid to the Women's Open division.

Protective Eyewear

ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Refereeing

Winner of matches will be required to referee a match during the next scheduled match time. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Refunds

No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

Sanctioning

The tournament is US Squash Sanctioned.
