Entry Deadline

Entries and payments must be received by Wednesday, February 14th, 2007, 5:00 PM EST. No phone or fax entries accepted. No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

Eligibility

Players must be of age for their age division by March 13th, 2007. U.S. citizens and residents must be current US Squash members through the last day of the tournament. U.S. citizens and residents must have played in at least one US Squash sanctioned tournament (skill level or age group) or in two US Squash sanctioned league matches between April 1st, 2006 and February 26th, 2007. The Men's and Women's Closed Divisions are limited to U.S. citizens only.

Format and Scoring

The tournament will include a full feed in consolation. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games to 9 points international scoring. The S.L. Green division will be best 3 out of 5 games to 11 points, point-a-rally scoring.

NOTE: For divisions not filled by 8, 16, 32 or 64, late entries may be accepted at the discretion of US Squash.

Final Cut List and Start Times

Final Cut List will be posted to US Squash News on March 1st, 2007.
Division start times will be posted to US Squash News on March 5th, 2007.
Player start times will be posted to US Squash News on March 12th, 2007.

Tournament Registration

Registration will occur at the Multnomah Athletic Club beginning from 5:00-8:00pm Wednesday, March 14th, 2007 and Thursday, March 16th, 2007 beginning 8:00am.

Tournament Location and Information

The tournament will be held at the Multnomah Athletic Club, featuring 6 international courts and at Reed College, featuring 3 international courts. The Multnomah Athletic Club is the main venue, which is located near tournament hotels. Lockers will not be provided. Towels will be provided at both venues.

Transportation and Parking

Shuttle between the Multnomah Athletic Club and Reed College will be provided. The venues are about 15-20 minutes apart. Parking is available at both venues.

Event Schedule

Men's and Women's Closed players must be prepared to play at 5:00pm on Wednesday, March 14th. All other players must be prepared to play at 8:00am on Thursday, March 15th.

Meals

Lunch will be provided for players on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

TOURNAMENT POLICIES

Attire

Competitors must wear appropriate squash attire.

Ball

Dunlop Revelation Pro (double yellow dot) will be the official ball.

Code of Conduct

The US Squash Code of Conduct Rules and Regulations apply.

Divisions

Players may only play in one division.

Protective Eyewear

ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Refereeing

Winner of matches will be required to referee a match during the next scheduled match time. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Refunds

No refunds will be provided to players eligible for the tournament after the Entry Deadline. Refunds will be provided to ineligible entrants.

Sanctioning

The tournament is Sanctioned by US Squash.
