Entry Forms can be downloaded by clicking here. Entries and payments should be mailed to: US Squash, P.O. Box 1216, 23 Cynwyd Road, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004, or sent via fax (212.268.4091), and must be received by Friday, February 16, 2007, 5:00 PM EST. No phone entries will be accepted. No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

Eligibility
The combined age of each team must be 100 years or greater on March 1, 2007. Players must be members of US Squash or a recognized National/Provincial Squash Association through the last day of the tournament.
Format and Scoring
The tournament will be single elimination in the main draw, with feed-in consolation and a 3rd/4th place playoff. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games to 15 point-a-rally scoring.

The Final Cut List will be posted to US Squash News on February 16th, 2007.
Player start times will be posted to US Squash News on February 27th, 2007.
Tournament Registration
Tournament registration will take place ONLY at the University Club, 1 West 54th Street (at 5th Avenue). Thursday March 1st, from 6 PM to 8 PM and Friday, March 2nd, from 9 AM to 9 PM. Players are encouraged to register before going to their first match, but it is not required.

Turn right and take small elevator to the 21st floor, the doubles court will be on your right.

>From Manhattan take the 2,3,4,5 Downtown to Borough Hall in Brooklyn. Exit the subway via the Montague Street stairwell. Walk in the same direction as traffic, three and a half blocks to 75 Montague Street, which will be on your right. Quickest way from the University and R&T is to take the 4,5 from 53rd and Lexington. Event Schedule
Friday night
there will be a reception during registration at the University Club, 10th Floor West Squash Lounge. Beer, wine, and soda will be provided, along with hors d'oeuvres.
Saturday
brunch/lunch will be provided at the University Club, 10th Floor West Squash Lounge.
Saturday evening
cocktails will be served at the University Club, on the 2nd floor in the Tap Room, starting at 6:30 PM, with a buffet Dinner from 7 PM ' 9 PM, and entertainment starting at 9 PM.
Sunday
continental breakfast will be available at the University Club, 10th Floor West Squash Lounge.
IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT AND CLUB POLICIES
Attire/Cell Phone Usage Restrictions
ALL WHITE COURT CLOTHING IS REQUIRED ON COURT. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. Jacket and tie for men at all times is required in non-athletic areas at all participating clubs. Cell phone usage is not permitted in club houses at any time except in specifically designated areas.
Ball
Dunlop is the official tournament ball.
Code of Conduct
The US Squash Code of Conduct applies.
Prize Money
There will be no prize money paid at this tournament.
Protective Eyewear
ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Refereeing
Winner of matches will be required to referee a match during the next scheduled match time. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Sanctioning
The tournament is sanctioned by US Squash.
