Entries and payments must be received by Friday, January 19th, 2007, 5:00 PM EST. No phone or fax entries accepted. No refunds will be provided after the Entry Deadline.

Results

Coaches from both teams must report all match results to Tournament Desk no later than 15 minutes after the last match has concluded.

Eligibility

Players must be current US Squash members through the last day of the tournament.

Format and Scoring

Teams consist of seven players where this is a team versus team format. Each team will be placed according to gender and level. Feed-in draws and consolation plates will guarantee every team three matches. Substitution from the bottom position only and requires 30 minutes notice to the tournament officials at the event. The US Squash Code of Conduct applies to all defaults and withdrawals. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 games to 9 points international scoring.

Start Times

Division start times will be posted to US Squash News on February 2nd, 2007. Team start times will be posted to US Squash News on February 7th, 2007.

Tournament Registration

Registration will occur at Yale University's Payne Whitney Gym Lobby on Friday, February 9th beginning 4:00pm.

Tournament Location and Information

The tournament will be held at Yale University's Brady Center. Lockers and towels will not be provided.

Transportation and Parking

Parking is limited near the Yale University facility.

Accommodations

Special rates may be secured at the following hotels. Please mention "US Squash" or "High School Championships".

Teams must be prepared to play on Friday, February 9th.

TOURNAMENT POLICIES

Attire

Competitors must wear appropriate squash attire.

Ball

Dunlop Revelation Pro (double yellow dot) will be the official ball.

Code of Conduct

The US Squash Code of Conduct applies to all default and withdrawals.

Divisions

Players may only play in one division.

Protective Eyewear

ASTM-F803 approved protective eyewear must be worn by all players at all times while on court. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Refereeing

All winners AND losers must referee and mark the next match on court or as directed by the Tournament Referee. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in default from the tournament. No exceptions.

Refunds

No refunds will be provided to players eligible for the tournament after the Entry Deadline. Refunds will be provided to ineligible entrants.
