For Player Patrons, entry fee is included in you donation. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent it exceeds the fair market value of any goods or services received.

Five Men Teams for Singles: A (5.5-6.0), B (4.5-5.0), C (3.5-4.0), D (2.5-3.0)
-Please note that players can only enter one event

TOURNAMENT STARTS

Friday, December 9th, 2005 at 6:00 pm (depending on entries)
All Finals on Sunday, December 11th, 2005

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Each team for singles is comprised of 5 players. Team players must be from the region they are representing unless that region cannot field a team. No player may play below her rating level, but is allowed to play up a division.

For all winners and finalists.

ELIGIBILITY

-Players must be current US Squash members prior to the entry deadline.
-Players can only enter one event.

ENTRY DEADLINE

November 25th, 2005 is the closing date of the entries. Return entry form by this date which can be found at our website www.us-squash.org and click on National Championships.

START TIMES

December 6th, 2005

REGISTRATION

All players must register at the Brady Squash Courts before their first match.

BALL/EYE PROTECTION

Dunlop Revelation Pro softball (double yellow dot) is the official ball for all US Championships. Protective eye wear required (designed for racquet sports with 3mm polycarbonate lens that meet or exceed ASTM F803-97 standards) and must be worn on court at all times during practice and match play.

REFEREES

All players are expected to referee (one from each team for each match). Failure to comply with this requirement will result in default from the tournament. No exceptions.
