$125 per person ($625 per singles team or $250 per doubles team) includes -

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team for singles is comprised of 5 players. Each doubles team is comprised of 2 players. Team players must be from the region they are representing unless that region cannot field a team. No player may play below her rating level, but is allowed to play up a division.
TROPHIES
For all winners and finalists.
ELIGIBILITY
-Players must be current US Squash members prior to the entry deadline.
-Players can only enter one event.
-Please note that the Racquet Club requires all white clothing.
ENTRY DEADLINE
October 3rd is the closing date of the entries. Return completed form which can be found at www.howecup.com with payment to US Squash.
START TIMES
October 25th, 2005
REGISTRATION
-All singles players must register at the Ringe Squash Courts before their first match, which will take place from Friday morning at 7:30am.
-All doubles players must register at the Racquet Club of Philadelphia before their first match.
BALL/EYE PROTECTION
-Dunlop Revelation Pro softball (double yellow dot) is the official ball for all US Softball Championships.
-Dunlop Doubles Elite Hardball is the official ball for all US Hardball Doubles Championships.
-Protective eye wear required (designed for racquet sports with 3mm polycarbonate lens that meet or exceed ASTM F803-97 standards) and must be worn on court at all times during practice and match play.

REFEREES
All players are expected to referee (one from each team for each match). Failure to comply with this requirement will result in default from the tournament. No exceptions.
