Bill is the newest member of the staff, starting in July 2007. At US Squash Bill will manage individual, team and club membership programs and drive all online and offline communication. Prior to working at US Squash, Bill spent the previous 8 years as Sport Marketing Director for the Greater New Haven Convention & Visitors Bureau. In this capacity, Bill marketed the region as a venue for sport event rights holders and national governing bodies, including US Squash, to host their tournaments and national championships. The events Bill helped recruit resulted in an estimated economic impact of 35 million dollars to the region. Bill is also a founding board member of Squash Haven, the first New Haven urban squash and education program, now entering their inaugural year.
Vijay Chitnis
Director of Junior Development, National Teams and Events

Since starting in June 2004, Vijay has progressively taken on more areas of responsibility. Initially hired as the Director of Junior Development, Vijay now manages the U.S. National Team programs with its nearly dozen coaches and teams competing and training year-round and oversees all US Squash National Tournaments. Prior to working at US Squash Vijay was the Head Coach of the Men's and Women's Squash program at St. Lawrence University. He was a junior player in Canada and earned first team All-American honors while playing for Brown University in the early 90's.
Kevin Klipstein

Kevin joined US Squash as CEO in December 2004 and oversees all US Squash operations. Previously, Kevin worked for Sun Microsystems in the Worldwide Marketing Operations group where he led cross-divisional process improvement projects using Six Sigma. He also managed worldwide sponsorships which included negotiating sales and marketing deals with MLB.com and a multi-year relationship with the National Hockey League. Prior to working at Sun, Kevin was in the corporate consulting division of the sports marketing firm ProServ where he managed account teams serving sponsorship clients in strategic planning, negotiation and implementation.
Conor O'Malley
Senior Event & Sponsorship Manager

Conor started in June 2007 and manages our national championships, runs the Team USA Tour, and enhances our partnerships with promoters across the country. He will also manage our sponsorship relationships related to our events and create opportunities for additional sponsorships for the Association. A graduate of Denison University where he played and captained the squash team, Conor got his start in squash playing varsity at Pomfret Boarding School. After college, Conor moved to Chicago where he served as the Assistant Squash Professional at the University Club of Chicago. In this role, Conor also served as the Assistant Tournament Director of the well known Windy City Open, the richest prize money in men's Professional squash event in North America. Conor was also instrumental in establishing METROSquash, the first Chicago urban squash and education program at the University of Chicago now entering its second year as well as a co-founded PureSquash, a successful squash merchandising website.

US Squash licenses RailStation from Mike's company. The RailStation system delivers fully integrated functionality to US Squash through a relational membership database system-handling leagues, tournaments and ladders-and of course, one of the main outputs: ratings and rankings. Mike oversees the development and management of this system.

Debbie provides RailStation customer support for all US Squash members. She handles RailStation membership administration, training, and documentation for local SRA Membership officers.
Gretchen Wagner, RailStation Tournament Coordinator

Gretchen supports US Squash and RailStation by training and working with tournament organizers using the RailStation Tournament Management module. Gretchen also serves a critical role in creating and scheduling our National Championship draws.
